Texas!

First day out, it was COLD! talking like high 50s, low 60s. Freezing for this time of year! Had to make a Target run to get some appropriate clothing! The pic below shows Ry's growing purplish bump from falling at Target. We rode this train around the park, just as Mas did as a child. Such fun!

Then we went to Aunt Betsy and Uncle Bruce's house to see all our cousins! The girls had so much fun! They hopped right up at the piano (guessing because they are comfortable at the Z's piano) and played a few tunes. Camryn was enamored with Bree, the only other girl cousin! (the blonde below)

A neighbor of Bruce and Betsy have llamas, goats and chickens! So we walked over for a visit. Ry was fearless.

Had to stop at Rangers Stadium...that's about all we can say...it was a pitiful series. Loved the stadium though!

Rylee and Camryn found Pap's guitar and he taught them how to play a little.

The girls met their cousin, Ashley and her mom, Joanne. It was fun getting to know them a little bit. Hope to see them again!

Rylee wanted to take pictures...here's the best one. Pretty funny!

Cam did a better job, just missing the tops of their heads.

 Another good shot by Camryn!

Needless to say, the girls loved all over Jasper! Camryn is trying to mimic him.

Then it was full on dance party! We turned up the Frozen music and away they danced...and sang!

For those who know the movie, this is hilarious! This is the end of "Do You  Want to Build a Snowman?" and Anna and Elsa  are so sad they slide down opposite sides of the wall and are pitifully sad that they can't play together.

Even uncle Chris got into the dancing!

Another fine photography moment from Rylee!

We took the girls to the Ft. Worth Stockyards to see the longhorns.

Of course, Ry was all about sitting on the longhorn....

Chicken Little was more comfortable with Daddy nearby.

Getting to pet the horse of a real cowboy!

Waiting patiently for the longhorns to parade down the street.

Afterward, Camryn goes, "That's all?" While the next morning Rylee was asking what we were doing for the day and when we were going back to see the "cows" and going back to Uncle Bruce's house!

Ry's version of juggling...who knew Mas had this hidden talent!

Getting ready for a ride...Ry was all over it! Camryn stayed safely back, but later changed her mind and took a ride! Way to Go!

A Visit From Kansas

Cousin Megs gave the girls "friendship" braids before the ball game! Rylee cried for days after Megan and Debi left because she wants 2 braids. Guess I need to learn. Hmmm...if only my subjects would sit still! haha!

Doing the chop..love the hand on the hip!

We had such fun taking Debi and Megan to Rome to see JB, Jen and Jonathan. Then to the Braves game the next 2 days. Cam was like, "Again? But we already did that!" While she LOVES going to the games, perhaps 3 days was too much for her! haha!

First Day of School 2014-2015

Truly a morning girl, Cam rolls out of bed with a happy heart ready to start her day and help Daddy help Rylee!

This sweet little thing gave Daddy fits this morning! Here is her I am defiant look.

But she gave way to a happy heart and took a picture with Camryn! They both had great days!

A Visit To Papa Geno's

Celebrating Papa Geno's birthday, belatedly, but would my girls turn down a chance to share cake, sing Happy Birthday and blow out candles??? Rylee must have reminded me a dozen times, while shaking a finger at me, to "not forget the candles!"

Where's Ry? She's being a stinky pooper! (aka party pooper)

Ry driving a police cruiser...hmmm...I fear I'll see her riding in the back of one! Ha Ha! Just kidding...

 Love this shot!

As our tour of the nation's Children's Museum continues...haha! We've hit Naples, Atlanta, Chattanooga and now Greensboro! Once again, the girls found their way tot he kitchen. Here it was a pizza kitchen complete with "wood fire grill!"
Camryn and Rylee loved playing in the cockpit of the airplane! Would have made great-grandpa Dan happy!

Camryn's score grew by 20 points between the first and second game!

Rylee jumped up and down every time any pins were knocked down!
